Locums Maternal-Fetal Medicine Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Wausau, WIAssignment Details Start Date: 7/20/2026 End Date: 12/31/2026 Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours + Call Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient EMR: Epic Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-4p Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 30 minutes Phone Consults: Occasional Support includes RN, MA, and imaging staff Full-time coverage needed with option for 2 providers splitting coverage (2 weeks/month) Urgent credentialing ( 30 days)Requirements Board Certified or Board Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine BLS Clean history Wisconsin license preferred (WI Act 10 accepted)Clinical Details Maternal-Fetal Medicine coverage High-risk pregnancy management Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) and HELLP syndrome Gestational and pre-existing diabetes management Cardiac, pulmonary, renal, neurologic, autoimmune, and hematologic conditions in pregnancy VBAC management Vaginal breech delivery Placenta previa and abruption cases Multiple gestation pregnancies Operative deliveries (C-sections, forceps, vacuum) Amniocentesis (genetic) Cervical cerclage Intrauterine transfusion Multifetal reduction procedures Ultrasound performance and interpretation (Level II and echocardiography) Fetal blood sampling Chorionic villus sampling Occasional phone-based consult coverage only for nights and weekends Next StepsIf you're interested, please send: Updated CV Current availability Active state license(s) IMLC Status Preferred rate (We submit whatever rate would make the assignment work for you.
