Role Overview
Apply your active clinical expertise to help evaluate and improve AI systems'' clinical reasoning on real medical problems. You will partner with research teams to develop rigorous assessments that reflect the complexity and nuance of clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design systematic evaluation frameworks for medical AI systems.
- Create clinical scenarios that assess AI reasoning and decision-making.
- Develop assessment methods that capture the nuances of real-world clinical practice.
- Identify gaps in medical knowledge and clinical reasoning within AI systems.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model performance.
Qualifications
- MD or DO with an active physician license and current clinical practice experience in any specialty.
- Experience with clinical decision-making and evidence-based medicine.
- Interest in the use of AI to support clinical practice.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
- Flexible scheduling designed to fit around clinical commitments.
- Up to 30 hours per week.
