Licensed Physician for Medical AI Evaluation
SaidGig
Help advance medical AI by evaluating how well systems reason through real clinical problems. This remote contract role brings practicing physicians'' clinical judgment into the design and improvement of AI evaluation methods.
Role Overview
Partner with research teams to assess and improve AI performance in clinical reasoning, with a focus on the complexity and nuance of real-world clinical practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Design systematic evaluation frameworks for medical AI systems.
- Create clinical scenarios that test AI reasoning and decision-making.
- Develop assessment methods that reflect the nuance of clinical practice.
- Identify gaps in AI medical knowledge and clinical reasoning.
- Collaborate with AI researchers to improve model performance.
Qualifications
- Active physician license and current clinical practice in any specialty.
- Experience with clinical decision-making and evidence-based medicine.
- Interest in using AI to support clinical practice.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Work Terms
- Remote contract engagement.
- Flexible scheduling designed to fit around clinical commitments.
- Up to 30 hours per week.
- Initial engagement duration of one month.
