We are passionate about customer service and our Team Members. We are currently hiring for Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker). Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service and build solid relationships with customers, while promoting sales and making deals for a wide variety of pawn items. Lead and influence Team Members through coaching and hands‑on involvement. Ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets EZPAWN apart from the competition. Process loans and extensions. Come to jointly satisfactory terms regarding items to be pawned. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise and coach store Team Members. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift lead experience. Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer‑needs assessment skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, with excellent judgment, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms or electronics – a plus. Sales background – a plus. Bilingual – a plus. Adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulations.
