Position Title: Busser / Front of House Float Location: 404 Celsius, Senoia, GA Employment Type: Part-Time / Full-Time Overview: As a Busser and Front of House Float at 404 Celsius, you will play a crucial role in supporting the front‑of‑house operations. Your responsibilities will include assisting servers, maintaining cleanliness in dining areas, and ensuring an efficient flow of service. This versatile position requires a positive attitude, teamwork, and a commitment to providing an excellent dining experience for our guests. Key Responsibilities: Table Maintenance: Clear and reset tables promptly after guests leave, ensuring a clean and inviting dining environment. Ensure that all table settings are complete and tidy, including silverware, glassware, and condiments. Support for Servers: Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to the table, as well as refilling drinks and responding to guest requests. Help with the organization of the service area, including restocking supplies and organizing service stations. Front of House Support: Float between different areas of the restaurant as needed, providing assistance to servers, hosts, and other team members. Greet guests in a friendly manner and provide assistance with any inquiries or requests. Cleaning Duties: Maintain cleanliness in all front‑of‑house areas, including the dining room, entryway, and restrooms. Sweep, mop, and perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to ensure a sanitary environment. Communication: Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service. Communicate any guest needs or concerns to the appropriate team member for resolution. Be flexible in responding to the needs of the team and adjusting tasks based on restaurant flow and staffing levels. Take on additional responsibilities as directed by management, including assisting with special events or large parties. Team Player: Work collaboratively with the entire restaurant staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for guests. Attention to Detail: Ensure that all tasks are completed thoroughly and to the restaurant’s standards. Positive Attitude: Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members. Reliability: Arrive on time for scheduled shifts and be prepared to assist wherever needed. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a busser or front‑of‑house role is preferred, but not required. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and move quickly in a busy environment.
