Key Responsibilities: Guest Interaction: Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables, providing menus and answering any initial questions. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor throughout the dining experience, building rapport with guests. Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the menu, including food and beverage offerings, to provide accurate recommendations and answer questions. Stay informed about daily specials, ingredient sourcing, and preparation methods. Order Taking and Service: Take guest orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring that all details are noted for kitchen staff. Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring the presentation meets the restaurant’s standards. Table Maintenance: Monitor tables for guest needs, refilling drinks, clearing plates, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining experience. Anticipate guest needs, providing exceptional service without being intrusive.
