Floating Director Of Nursing (DON)Centers Health Care is seeking a Floating DON to join our corporate clinical team that will be available to rotate throughout various facilities in Upstate New York. Extensive Traveling is RequiredWe Offer:Premium compensationExcellent growth and corporate opportunityMonthly BonusSpa incentiveDuties:Supervises all nursing staff in the facilityDevelopment and implementation of nursing policy and procedureOverseeing the hiring and continued employment of nursing staffEnsuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain currentOverseeing nursing employee conductBeing knowledgeable of incidents at the facilityAssessing the health needs of each residentRequirements:Current New York State RN license requiredMinimum 5 yrs. experience in long-term careMinimum 2 yrs. DON experienceEvidence of strong supervision & leadership skills
