Copywriter

Sagapixel is a rapidly growing healthcare-focused digital marketing agency in Cherry Hill. We pride ourselves on delivering measurable results, not just completing tasks, backed by a team that values clear communication, accountability, and continuous learning. We're looking for a Copywriter who can write persuasive, conversion-focused copy across landing pages, paid ads, and video/UGC scripts for our clients. This is not a generalist content-writing role — you'll be writing copy that's directly tied to campaign performance, and you'll need to understand what makes people click, convert, and trust a brand enough to book an appointment or fill out a form. This is not a pure production role. You will be expected to understand the strategy behind what you write, ask questions when a brief is incomplete, and confidently explain the reasoning behind your copy choices to both internal teams and, occasionally, clients. Key Responsibilities Determine messaging strategy and positioning for clients across campaigns and platforms Write landing page copy, paid ad copy (Google & Meta), and video/UGC scripts across a range of clients and verticals Translate creative briefs and strategy into copy that matches audience intent and drives conversions Partner with designers during creative ideation, shaping concepts alongside visuals rather than writing copy after the fact Collaborate with the PPC, SEO, and design teams to ensure copy aligns with campaign goals and page structure Revise and iterate copy based on performance data and team feedback Maintain brand voice consistency across multiple, simultaneous client accounts Use AI tools where appropriate to accelerate drafts, while ensuring final copy is distinct, accurate, and on‑brand Flag gaps in briefs, creative direction, or compliance concerns (especially in healthcare/legal) before copy goes live Note: You won't be expected to build landing pages or manage ad accounts yourself, but you should understand enough about paid media and conversion principles to write copy that performs, not just reads well. What We're Looking For 2+ years of copywriting experience (agency experience a plus) A portfolio demonstrating landing pages, ad copy, and/or scripts — ideally with performance context Strong grasp of direct-response and conversion copywriting principles, not just brand/creative writing Comfort working with AI tools as part of a writing workflow, while maintaining a distinct voice Obsessive attention to detail and ability to hit deadlines across multiple accounts at once Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Bonus: experience writing for compliance-sensitive industries (healthcare, legal, financial) Team player who takes ownership and collaborates effectively Expectations Full-time, Monday–Friday Time tracking is required (minimum ~6.5 hours/day of client work) You'll receive feedback often and are expected to apply it Ability to Commute Cherry Hill, NJ 08002 (Required) #J-18808-Ljbffr Sagapixel
