Position Description:

We are looking for a senior.NET / Angular developer to contribute to the design and development of full stack applications. You will work in a stimulating technological environment where code quality, system robustness, and continuous improvement are top priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable full stack applications
• Supervise and manage existing intelligent agents that support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) (e.g., code generation, testing, deployment automation)
• Ensure backend development with.NET Core and microservices architecture
• Develop modern frontend interfaces with Angular
• Make architectural and operational decisions regarding the use of agents in development workflows
• Continuously optimize agent-driven processes to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed
• Apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles for system modeling
• Implement CQRS patterns where appropriate
• Promote Test-Driven Development (TDD) and good engineering practices
• Design and deploy applications in AWS cloud environments

Competencies and required experience:

• 8+ years of full stack development experience
• Excellent mastery of.NET Core and microservices architectures
• Good knowledge of Angular
• Solid experience in system architecture and design decisions
• Experience in applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
• Good understanding of CQRS patterns
• Proven experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience in agent-assisted development environments or enriched by automation

Language requirements:

Proficiency in both French and English is required. This requirement is in accordance with the Charter of the French Language of Quebec and is necessary due to our business context involving customer support in both languages.

CGI offers a reasonable estimate of the salary range for this position. The calculation of this range depends on various factors, including the level of skill, geographic market, experience, training, as well as professional licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the specifics of each case. A reasonable estimate of this salary range is between $80,000-$120,000.
