Descripción General:
El/La Porsche Approved Assistant brinda apoyo administrativo, operacional al área de vehículos usados, asegurando que los procesos de compra, venta, inventario y presentación de unidades cumplan con los estándares de calidad y excelencia de la marca Porsche. Debe trabajar de la mano con el Departamento de Ventas para cumplir con las metas establecidas por el departamento.
Requisitos:
- Conocimiento en el uso de software CRM y Microsoft Office.
- Diploma de escuela superior mínimo.
- Licencia de Conducir vigente de Puerto Rico
- Debe ser organizado/a (estructurado/a).
- Destrezas de comunicación oral y escrita (inglés y español).
- Dispuesto a trabajar horas extras y fines de semana.
- Excelentes habilidades organizativas y de gestión del tiempo.
- Sólidas habilidades de comunicación interpersonales y de reacción.
- Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y gestionar varias tareas simultáneamente.
- Capacidad para resolver problemas con un enfoque orientado al cliente.
