Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant

We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients in Phoenix, AZ, outpatient setting where you will support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgerieshelping them manage pain and regain movementunder the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic preferred.
• Comfort working in a PT-owned clinic operational model where a PT and PTA have independent schedules supported by a PT tech.
• Demonstrated coachability and collaborative teamwork skills.

Position Details:

• Team-focused outpatient PT owned clinic in West Phoenix area.
• Generous compensation with great benefits. Production-based model using RVU's that combine visits and collections in real time.
• Sign on Bonus using tiers of different levels to include: Sign on Package and Retention Bonus
