We're hiring a licensed PTA to work with one of our trusted clients where you'll support patients recovering from injuries, illnesses, or surgerieshelping them manage pain and regain movementunder the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist. Minimum Requirements:

• Associate's degree in physical therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Arizona PTA license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Comfort working in a model where PT and PTA maintain independent schedules and collaborate with a PT Tech.

Position Details:

• Team-focused outpatient PT owned clinic
• Generous compensation with great benefits. Production-based model using RVU's that combine visits and collections in real time.
• Sign on Bonus using tiers of different levels to include: Sign on Package and Retention Bonus!
