Pollo Tropical in Town of Florida is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to prepare for future leadership roles by providing hands-on experience in restaurant operations. The MIT will oversee daily management aspects such as food safety, guest service, and team development. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, 3–5 years in the restaurant industry, and a ServSafe Certification.
