Account Cleaning Supervisor – Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor Location: North Miami, FL, US Compensation: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday 4:00 pm – 12:30 am Job Type: Permanent, Full‑time Marsden South has an immediate opening for a Bilingual Janitorial Supervisor! Responsibilities Perform the duties of supervised staff Complete regular quality inspections of assigned client accounts Ensure all associates are properly trained at each assigned account with a focus on long‑term retention Build a culture of work safety and lead by example with safe behavior Treat co‑workers with respect and approach conflict with positive intent and professionalism Ask questions to understand why we do what we do and how we do it, championing change when improvements can be made Maintain a coaching mindset and champion the team Apply a collaborative style with strong influencing skills Apply prior experience of cleaning procedures and practices Communicate proficiently in written and verbal English Focus on employee and client satisfaction Work in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities Stock and replenish supplies as needed Follow safety policies and procedures at all times (e.g., lock doors, use proper chemicals, report incidents) Qualifications & Requirements Be able to lift 35–50 lbs. Start training immediately Be 18 years of age or older Pass a pre‑employment criminal background check Possess previous lead/supervisor experience in a janitorial role Benefits Full‑time benefits available.
