The candidate will use organizational and leadership skills, interfacing directly with a cross-functional team of production staff, engineering, and quality to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products for our customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform shipping, receiving, inspect, unload, store, and deliver all materials/products. purchasing tasks, and inventory management while coordinating shipping schedules.
• Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse and additional working areas. complying with FDA, ISO, GDP, and FIFO standards.
• Track actions using an ERP system or equivalent and maintain accurate records of receipts and shipments in compliance with FDA and internal Quality procedures.
• Provide logistical support for company events, manage database records, and undertake other assigned projects.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns related to product information, samples, and orders.
• Collaborate with customer service team to establish and maintain customer accounts.
• Collaborate with quality team to open, log and tag complaints
• Support all service agreements with customer accounts.
• Collaborate in receiving and inspecting customer returned products (RMA), improving RMA processes.
• Document inspection and function testing according to quality standards.
• Support and perform software and hardware upgrades, and maintenance on existing inventory.
• Provide critical feedback to the R&D team for product development.
• Offer technical support via hotline to customers.
• Other projects and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Education, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills: (Minimum requirements)

• Relevant experience
• Warehouse/office environment experience
• Must possess the ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 75 pounds and heavier weights with the proper equipment (ex, pallet jack)
• ERP system and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Organizational skills and detail-oriented
• Proficient interpersonal communication abilities, enabling effective interaction within a multinational organization.
• Customer service oriented
• Team mentality and positive attitude
