Role Overview Spinelli Kilcollin is seeking a dynamic, client-focused Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our growing Retail team in NYC. As a key ambassador of the brand, this individual will deliver an exceptional luxury experience, develop meaningful client relationships, and contribute to the achievement of individual and store sales goals. The ideal candidate brings experience in luxury retail, a strong appreciation for fine jewelry and design, and a natural ability to connect with clients. This individual is confident working in a goal-oriented environment and understands how thoughtful clienteling, product expertise, and personalized service contribute to long-term business growth. This in-person role requires an engaging and proactive presence on the sales floor, with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver exemplary service throughout the entire sales journey—from initial discovery and styling through purchase and post-sale follow-up. The Retail Sales Associate reports directly to the Store Manager and works closely with fellow Retail team members, as well as the Operations, Design, and Client Care teams. This position requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, retail events, and other peak business periods based on store needs. Key Responsibilities Deliver an elevated, personalized client experience and build long-term relationships through consistent outreach, appointments, and CRM-driven follow-up. Meet or exceed sales goals by proactively generating new business (referrals, events, outreach) and re-engaging existing clients. Provide expert product guidance, styling recommendations, and deep knowledge of SK collections, materials, craftsmanship, and customization. Partner with Design and internal teams on custom orders, repairs, and client needs; accurately process transactions and maintain sales/client records. Support omnichannel service (in-store, virtual, phone, digital) and uphold visual merchandising and store presentation standards. Assist with inventory operations (counts, transfers, shipping/receiving) and store events/launches that drive client engagement. Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture and take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve. Who You Are Minimum 2 years of retail experience, ideally in fine jewelry, luxury fashion, hospitality, or another high-touch client setting. Polished, approachable, and genuinely passionate about client service, with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple client relationships in a performance-driven environment. A trustworthy communicator, discreet with high-value merchandise and confidential information. Knowledgeable about fine jewelry (metals, diamonds, gemstones, care) and skilled with POS/CRM systems. Adaptable, physically able to perform retail duties, and available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, peak retail season hours and events. Compensation The salary range for this position is: : $65,000 base salary + commission on personal sales The range noted represents the company’s good faith estimate of the salary range for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including skills, experience, education, and location.
