About the Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Williamsburg is seeking a motivated Front Desk Sales Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, understands service-based sales, and takes pride in delivering a seamless, welcoming spa experience from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

•Experience in a spa, salon, fitness studio, or hospitality front desk preferred

•Background in sales, memberships, or client-facing service roles

•Familiarity with spa booking or POS systems; Zenoti platform experience strongly preferred

•Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

•Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities

•Present and sell spa memberships, services, and retail products

•Create a positive and professional first impression for all guests, with the goal of converting first-time prospects and leads into recurring members

•Manage appointment scheduling, client profiles, and payments using Zenoti

•Educate clients on services, enhancements, and current promotions

•Build strong relationships with returning guests and members

•Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming front desk area

•Support management and team goals related to sales performance and guest satisfaction

Qualifications

•18 years of age or older

•High school diploma or equivalent

•Previous sales or customer service experience preferred

•Comfortable using scheduling and POS software (Zenoti experience a plus)

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

•Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
