POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Ability to motivate and lead a team to meet safety, quality and efficiency requirements. Must be willing to work any shift in any department and on weekends. Must be able to speak in front of a group and hold pre-shift meetings.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

Must always have and maintain a Valid Forklift License Willingness and ability to motivate a team Good communication and organization skills Analytical and PC skills (must be able to function on a PC) High level of teamwork Able to lift up to 40 lbs. frequently Able to work overtime as needed and weekends AS400 and GPCS Preferred Must be able to Multi-Task and Work at a Fast Pace Must have a good attendance record and be willing to promote good attendance Must promote and enforce all policies which include safety Must lead by example with complete fairness and ethics Must be able to read, write, and perform mathematics All Section Leaders must not have received or retain more than one (1) active Level 1 Counseling/Progressive Discipline within a “rolling” 12-month period. #J-18808-Ljbffr New South Express (NSE)- Honda Logistics of North America
