Inventory Control Clerk

DHL Supply Chain is hiring and requires an experienced inventory control clerk for the second shift. Position: Inventory Control Clerk (Second Shift 2:00 pm–10:00 pm, Monday–Friday) Pay: $20.35 per hour + $1.00 shift differential Core responsibilities include cycle counting, inventory management, warehouse operations, quality control, and use of WMS. Role Purpose Responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy by verifying inbound and outbound orders and ensuring accurate entries in the warehouse management system. Key Accountabilities Maintain inventory records. Perform daily inventory management procedures and duties. Coordinate physical inventory procedures and adjust system as necessary. Follow procedures to accurately adjust inventory for over/short, defective, and damaged product. Perform routine clerical assignments including filing invoices and maintaining records. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent. Six months warehousing and inventory experience (preferred). Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift‑training program within the first 30 days of employment (preferred). Preferred Experience Minimum 1 year operating a reach truck and stand‑up dock stocker. Minimum 6 months experience in inventory control, including cycle count, reporting discrepancies, receiving, and monitoring inventory levels. Minimum 6 months experience with a WMS (e.g., JDA, Red Prairie, Blue Yonder, SAP). Benefits Certified Great Place to Work® in the US and Canada.
