Middleware Engineer (AEM Expertise) Virtualent Description: Hey there! We're a dynamic IT staffing company, and we're looking for a rockstar Middleware Engineer with AEM experience. If you've been in the game for at least 8 years and can communicate in English, we should talk! What You’ll Do: Design, develop, and manage AEM solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and performance standards. Handle middleware tech to keep business apps running smoothly. Integrate systems to make sure everything works together perfectly. Troubleshoot and fix any issues that pop up. Keep an eye on performance and tweak things to keep them running at their best. Document your work so everyone’s on the same page. Collaborate with different teams to deliver awesome projects. Qualifications: 8+ years of Middleware Engineering experience, especially with AEM. Strong AEM skills (architecture, development, deployment—you name it). Good English communication skills (both written and oral). Great problem-solving skills and a collaborative spirit.
