NOW HIRING – OFFICE CLERK / PLANT ADMIN SUPPORT
Marathon Staffing is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Clerk / Plant Administrative Support professional to join a growing manufacturing facility! If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, staying organized, and supporting multiple departments, we want to hear from you!
Position: Office Clerk / Plant Admin Support
Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Category: Clerical
✔ Maintain office records, electronic and paper files, logs, and spreadsheets
✔ Perform accurate data entry and prepare daily reports and administrative documents
✔ Support production paperwork, shipping & receiving records, HR files, and safety documentation
✔ Answer phones, greet visitors and drivers, and provide outstanding customer service
✔ Assist with onboarding paperwork, badge and PPE coordination, scheduling, office supplies, and meeting preparation
✔ Communicate with plant leadership, HR, production, quality, vendors, and shipping/receiving departments
✔ Keep confidential information secure while ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up in a fast-paced startup environment
✅ Strong computer and data entry skills
✅ Experience with Microsoft Office, email, and spreadsheets
✅ Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
✅ Professional communication skills
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Previous administrative or clerical experience preferred
