As a Mechanic III, you'll repair and overhaul gas turbine accessories. What you'll do:
As a Mechanic III, you'll repair and overhaul gas turbine accessories. What you'll do:
- Inspect turbine engine accessories.
- Calibrate M250, RR300, and PT6A Fuel Control Accessories.
- Work independently and as a team to achieve maximum quality.
- Complete relevant paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- Observe all applicable safety practices and aviation regulations.
- Five or more years of aviation maintenance experience including the induction, dismantle, and calibration of engine accessories.
- Five or more years of experience in reading and interpreting manuals, technical drawings, and blueprints to determine proper operating conditions.
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- A&P License.
- Aviation accessory and/or component experience.
- Experience with turbo-prop or turbo-fan and/or NDT.
