Full Time | Outpatient Primary Care | Family Medicine

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Compass Health Network in Troy, Missouri.

Position Overview

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan.
• Join a newly established FQHC clinic opening in April 2026.
• Practice in a structured, template-based outpatient setting with no hospital responsibilities.
• See approximately 15-20 patients per day with capped scheduling templates.
• Receive administrative time once the panel reaches 200 patients per month.
• Work with an engaged leadership team providing onboarding, mentorship, and clinical support.

Compensation & Benefits

• $275,000 base salary.
• $10,000-$20,000 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
• MD or DO.
• Missouri medical license or ability to obtain.
• Comfortable providing primary care across the lifespan.

• Comfortable with a 20-mile non-compete radius.
• New graduates welcome with strong onboarding support.
