Join Carroll Hospital's Intermediate Care team as a Registered Nurse! As an RNwill provide comprehensive and patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process. You will be responsible for collecting and documenting health data, collaborating with multidisciplinary care teams, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes in a supportive and safe environment.

Responsibilities

\n

\n
• \n

  Formulate and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.

\n

\n

\n
• \n

  Coordinate resources for patient care and ensure readiness for patient discharge.

\n

\n

\n
• \n

  Identify and respond to variances in patient outcomes; utilize read-back and escalation procedures appropriately.

\n

\n

\n
• \n

  Support infection prevention and fall reduction through frequent rounding and evidence-based intervention

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• \n

  Current Maryland RN license (or eligibility)

\n

\n

\n
• \n

  Basic Life Support (BLS)

\n
• \n

  1 year of acute care experience required.

\n

\n
