- Lead and oversee projects
- Mentor and support design teams
- Act as a technical design expert and advisor
- Promote sound technical design decisions
- Deliver a client experience that meets or exceeds expectations
- Share development insights with project teams
- Drive business development for existing clients and new opportunities
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited engineering university
- 5+ years of experience
- Engineer Intern (EI) designation; Professional Engineer license preferred
