We are seeking a Bilingual Full-time/Part-Time Receptionist/Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine front office tasks to support medical staff.
- Answer phones, schedule patients, check patients in and out.
- Communicate effectively and be service oriented.
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner.
- Perform any clinical duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields.
- Previous experience as receptionist or any related field.
- Strong organizational skills, communication skills and should be able to multi-task.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Any students in health field are welcome to apply.
- Certification as MA is a definite plus.
