Commercial Real Estate Attorney

Established (25+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney in Hartford, Connecticut

 

An established firm based in Hartford, Connecticut with over 25+ years in practice is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with 3-7 years of experience to join their team in a hybrid capacity. This role will focus on commercial litigation , including business disputes, contract matters, and complex commercial cases , representing sophisticated clients throughout Connecticut and New York.

 

Offer:
Salary range: $120,000-$220,000+ contingent on experience
Performance-based bonus structure tied to exceeding 1,700 billable hours

Qualifications:
Admission to the Connecticut Bar or eligibility for admission in Connecticut
3-7 years of experience handling commercial litigation matters
Strong experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery materials
Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to manage matters independently while working collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys

 

Responsibilities:
Handle a broad range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery responses in state and federal court
Conduct legal research and provide strategic analysis on complex commercial disputes
Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and court appearances
Collaborate with partners to develop case strategy and deliver high-quality client service
