Litigation Associate Attorney -Employment Law- Full-Time

Location: San Jose, CA, 95113

What You Will Be Doing:

• Preparing responsive pleadings and engaging in motion practice.
• Responding to discovery or administrative charges.
• Counseling clients on employment law matters and other legal areas.
• Managing cases from inception to trial, including case management, discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Handling compliance matters such as wage laws, leave policies, and ADA/FMLA compliance.
• Developing policies, conducting compliance training, and managing pre-litigation disputes.

Experience You Will Need:

• 2+ years of litigation experience, preferably in employment law.
• Strong background in preparing pleadings, motion practice, and responding to discovery.
• Familiarity with wage laws, FMLA, ADA, and other employment compliance matters preferred.
• Experience with case management and trial preparation.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and writing skills.
• Strong academic background with a proven track record of performance.
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a community-focused and well-established firm environment.
