This Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge Nurse) role is available on Med-Surg and Ortho/Neuro Trauma units with rotating weekends and 6:1 nurse-to-patient ratios. The CNC ensures high-quality, patient-centered care while coordinating all unit functions during designated shifts.
