Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN)

Join our Medical Surgical or Ortho/Neuro Trauma team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN), providing clinical leadership, staff support, and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.

Requirements

• Active RN/Compact RN license
• Nursing degree required; BSN preferred
• Recent acute care Med-Surg experience required
• Charge RN experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg RN experience

Compensation & Benefits

• $35.65–$47.64/hour
• $4/hour night & weekend differential
• Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
• Comprehensive benefits package

Schedule

• Full-time, 12-hour shifts
• Days: 7 AM–7 PM | Nights: 7 PM–7 AM
• Rotating weekends required
