Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN)
Join our Medical Surgical or Ortho/Neuro Trauma team as a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Charge RN), providing clinical leadership, staff support, and high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care setting.
Requirements
- Active RN/Compact RN license
- Nursing degree required; BSN preferred
- Recent acute care Med-Surg experience required
- Charge RN experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg RN experience
Compensation & Benefits
- $35.65–$47.64/hour
- $4/hour night & weekend differential
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available
- Comprehensive benefits package
Schedule
- Full-time, 12-hour shifts
- Days: 7 AM–7 PM | Nights: 7 PM–7 AM
- Rotating weekends required
