Physical Therapist – Outpatient (Travel) Location: Woodsville, NH Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,342 – $2,413 per week Shift: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 10 weeks (Start Date: 7/27/2026) About the Position Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting. Evaluate and perform physical therapy treatments on patients with injuries, disabilities, and diseases according to physician prescription. Maintain appropriate documentation for patient charts and third‑party reimbursement agencies and perform other record‑keeping activity as required. Responsibilities Evaluate and provide physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries, disabilities, and diseases. Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation for third‑party reimbursement. Adhere to physician prescriptions and facility policies. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist in New Hampshire. Minimum of 2 years outpatient experience. PT Compact accepted (copy required). BLS‑AHA certification (copy required). Valid SSN and DOB required. Reference: 1 reference from entire work history.
