Job Description We are hiring a Maintenance Manager for our property in Oceanside, CA. Service/Maintenance Managers make our apartment communities a great place to live. Where You Will Work You will oversee maintenance at Island Club, our luxury 592‑unit community in Oceanside, CA. What We Offer AIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance: Expected pay rate of $90,000 – $100,000 annually + 15% target bonus opportunity. Pay is in line with skills and experience. Monthly Customer Service Satisfaction Bonuses . Service Managers who excel at consistently providing positive resident experiences can earn up to $250 per month. Apartment Benefit option is available to live on‑site at the community. Market rent is included as additional income and automatically applied to 100% of the rent cost. Additional benefits listed below. What You Will Do Lead and develop a team. Provide exemplary service to residents and team members. Manage all aspects of property maintenance, including vendor relationships, service staff, preventative maintenance, apartment turns, and resident service requests. Communicate property maintenance and capital needs to management and ensure they are addressed. Ensure property follows AIR operating procedures, regulations, and compliance matters including Environmental Health & Safety. Manage budget efficiently to maximize return on investment while maintaining highest level of quality and customer service. Qualifications What You Have At least 5 years of experience with technical maintenance and facilities management , ideally in property management or a similar industry. 3–5 years of experience leading a team in customer service and asset maintenance. Reliable mode of transportation. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, 7‑day work weeks, and on‑call shifts (at least one week a month). Comfort with physical activity, able and willing to move heavy equipment and machinery. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Who You Are Passionate about team building.
