Senior Real Estate Asset Analyst

Hines seeks a Senior Analyst of Asset Management to analyze and optimize value across US Sunbelt properties. You'll build and maintain cash flow models in Argus and Excel, support budgeting and investment decisions, and help prepare asset management plans for senior leadership. Responsibilities include market data analysis, tracking performance against goals, and assisting dispositions, refinancings, and lender reporting.
