Project Management Assistant

Supporting Project Managers in the Electrical Transmission industry, the full-time Project Management Assistant will prepare project bid packages, assist in developing project schedules, and document project performance while working remotely from Ohio, Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, or New Jersey. Key responsibilities Prepare project bid packages and respond to bidder RFIs Assist in the development of project schedules and financial forecasts using established software systems Document and communicate project cost, schedule, and risk status to team members and stakeholders Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management, or construction management from an accredited college or equivalent experience Experience in the Construction Industry Proficient in MS Suite of software Valid driver's license High level of organizational skills and attention to detail
