What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a Level III NICU
• Manage an average daily census of 7-8 neonatal patients
• Deliver specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns
• Attend and manage high-risk deliveries
• Offer care for healthy newborns in the nursery
• Collaborate with neonatal nurse practitioners and multidisciplinary teams
• Participate in 24/7 onsite coverage and quality improvement initiatives
• Support over 1,100 annual deliveries
• Contribute to family-centered, evidence-based neonatal care
• Lead or participate in quality and patient safety projects
• Potential leadership opportunities for qualified candidates

What You Need:

• Medical license in Georgia
• Certification or eligibility for boards in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
• 1+ years of neonatology experience preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
