Event Manager

Tech Trek Events is looking for an experienced and highly organized On-Site Event Manager to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced event environment, can manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously, and have a strong eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you. About the Role The On-Site Event Manager will take complete ownership of the on-ground execution of our events , ensuring every operational detail runs smoothly from setup through dismantling. You will be the key operational point of contact during the event, working closely with speakers, sponsors, VIPs, delegates, venue teams, production vendors, and internal teams to deliver a seamless and premium event experience. Take complete ownership of on-site event operations from setup to dismantling Coordinate with hotels and venues on logistics, security, F&B, housekeeping, power and emergency support Oversee registration, attendee check-in, badge distribution and VIP/speaker/sponsor handling Manage sponsor requirements and ensure all contractual deliverables are fulfilled Coordinate speaker arrivals, green room management, presentations, AV checks and stage readiness Ensure sessions, panels and networking activities run on time and according to schedule Coordinate with AV, production, branding, photography, videography, staffing and logistics vendors Lead and supervise on-ground teams and ensure effective cross-functional communication Manage sponsor–delegate meetings, networking activities and introductions Handle operational, technical, logistical, sponsor, speaker and attendee issues in real time Provide regular updates to the Event Director and central operations team Oversee photography, videography, sponsor interviews and key event moments Ensure a high-quality attendee, speaker, VIP and sponsor experience throughout the event. We’re looking for someone who is: Experienced in event management / conference management / corporate events Highly organized with strong attention to detail Confident in dealing with senior executives, speakers, sponsors and VIPs Strong in vendor and venue coordination Excellent at troubleshooting and handling unexpected situations A strong communicator and team leader Able to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure Willing to take complete ownership and accountability for event execution At Tech Trek Events , you'll play a key role in delivering high-level business and technology events and work directly with senior industry leaders, sponsors, speakers and global stakeholders.
