What You'll Do:

Under the guidance of nursing leadership, you'll ensure residents receive outstanding care while supporting and developing your nursing team.

Nursing Care Responsibilities:

• Oversee the care of residents in your assigned area
• Assess residents and administer nursing treatments as needed
• Collaborate with physicians to create effective care plans
• Respond to and lead emergency situations with confidence
• Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with regulations
• Participate in care planning and family meetings to support resident needs
• Manage admissions, discharges, and transfers smoothly

Supervision and Leadership:

• Supervise, coach, and mentor LPNs and CNAs
• Provide constructive feedback and conduct performance evaluations
• Assist your team with hands-on care as needed

Promoting Safety and Well-being:

• Follow established safety protocols and attend required training
• Identify and address safety concerns promptly
• Help maintain a secure and welcoming environment for all

What You Bring:

• Montana RN License (required)
• Previous healthcare experience preferred but not mandatory
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and adapt to fast-paced environments

Physical Demands:

This role requires physical engagement, so you'll need to:

• Lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as pushing, pulling, walking, and bending
• Spend over 70% of your shift on your feet
