Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 06/22/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - Med Surg Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Work in a 12-bed telemetry unit with EKG/Telemetry background preferred /n• Must work every other weekend and every other holiday /n• Float to all inpatient units as needed /n• No on-call requirements /n• Use Alaris Pumps as special equipment /n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS (for charge nurses) /n• Must have 2 years of experience in specialty /n• Must be over 65 miles from facility (no local travelers accepted) /n• Compact or Louisiana license required in hand upon submittal /n• NURSYS reports required with profile (must be within 4 weeks of submission) /n• 2 Manager/Supervisor references required for clearance to start /n• AHA certifications required /n• Orientation held 5 days a week with billable modules /n• Must be available for Emergency Team assignment during events if assigned by unit manager /n• Strict no call-in policy enforced /n• Must be separated from facility for 1 full year if previously worked as permanent staff /n/n Facility: /n This healthcare facility is part of a comprehensive health system that provides medical and surgical telemetry services with a focus on cardiac monitoring and patient care.
