Sales Project Manager

Then this role could be the right fit for you. Responsibilities: Partner with Engineering and Plant Management teams to develop labor standards and staffing estimates for customer quotations. Coordinate with plant personnel to communicate customer timelines, material requirements, site visits, production schedules, product trials, and equipment readiness. Act as the primary point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal management to ensure smooth project execution. Prioritize customer requests and oversee multiple projects to meet deadlines and operational goals. Identify customer needs and implement effective solutions to support satisfaction and business objectives. Gather raw material specifications, including film, fabric, and corrugate requirements, and collaborate with Purchasing and plant teams to ensure timely procurement. Support and manage the quoting process, including maintaining historical records of customers, products, and pricing data. Promote a professional work environment by adhering to company Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline required. 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred. Strong ability to interpret and analyze business data, technical documentation, and regulatory information. Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to all levels of management. Proven project management and multitasking abilities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Customer-focused mindset with experience managing relationships and resolving complex issues effectively. Solid understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts, including ratios, percentages, probability, and practical data analysis. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Outlook.
