Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $85,000 - $110,000
• OTE 160k
• Opportunity to move into a high-income commission structure as your territory and customer base grow
• Full benefits after 90 days

About the Role

We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused sales professional to develop and grow service and parts business throughout Southeast Texas and Louisiana. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building long-term customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and helping fleet customers keep their equipment operating efficiently.

The successful candidate will work directly with transportation companies, construction firms, municipalities, waste companies, fleet operators, and other commercial truck customers to provide solutions for repair, maintenance, mobile service, trailer repair, and parts needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business throughout the assigned territory
• Build strong relationships with fleet managers, maintenance managers, business owners, and purchasing teams
• Manage and grow existing customer accounts
• Promote a full range of services, including:
• • Mobile diesel repair
  • In-shop truck repair
  • Preventive maintenance programs
  • Trailer repair
  • Diagnostic services
  • Parts sales
  • Emergency roadside service
• Conduct regular customer visits to understand fleet needs and identify opportunities
• Prepare quotes, service proposals, and pricing for customers
• Collaborate with service, parts, and operations teams to ensure excellent customer support
• Increase revenue through new account development and expansion of existing accounts
• Participate in customer appreciation and relationship-building activities

What We're Looking For

• Experience in outside sales, preferably within heavy-duty trucks, diesel repair, fleet services, transportation, construction equipment, industrial sales, or a related industry
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
• Knowledge of truck parts, diesel repair, and fleet maintenance is highly preferred
• Experience calling on fleet, transportation, municipal, construction, waste, or industrial customers is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
