Responsibilities

• Educate physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers on leadless pacing indications and patient selection
• Provide procedural support and training to ensure clinical consistency and optimal outcomes
• Stay current with clinical data and communicate product information to stakeholders
• Coordinate programs and resources to expand market adoption and therapy access
• Liaise with marketing teams on product improvements and next-generation device feedback

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical field (engineering) or equivalent related experience
• 7+ years clinical medical device experience, ideally with cardiac rhythm management products
• Ability to analyze and evaluate technologically complex devices
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with proven ability to influence customers
• Thorough knowledge of medical device industry policies, operations, and procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and personal computer applications
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time

Compensation: $86,700–$173,300 base
