Lilly will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization or visas for this role.Additional skills/preferences:Experience within gastroenterology, buy and bill, and/or specialty sales experience is preferred.Two or more years of sales experience (pharmaceutical or non-pharmaceutical) after completion of an undergraduate college degree.Other work experience following the completion of undergraduate degree, or a graduate degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, PharmD).Demonstrated business ownership skills, selling/customer experience skills, and execution/results.Account-based selling experience. Ability to identify and engage staff members in accounts.Strong background in navigating within complex integrated health systems.Extensive experience or thorough understanding of specialty pharmacy distribution model.Selling injectable/infusion molecules in a complex reimbursement environment.History of working with multiple cross functional partners.Bilingual skills as aligned with territory and customer needsStrong learning agility, self-motivated, team focused, emotionally intelligent and influential.Must live within 30 miles of the territory boundary.Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions. The anticipated wage for this position is $87,000 - $159,500.Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
