As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests while supporting the General Manager in various leadership responsibilities. This role is essential for driving revenue growth and maintaining high standards of service and quality. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily operations of the restaurant. Supervise and train front-of-house staff. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints. Assist in inventory and supply management. Support the General Manager in financial planning and budgeting. Monitor and analyze restaurant performance metrics. Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; degree in management or hospitality preferred. Entry-level experience in a supervisory or management role in the restaurant industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team.
