Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

Provide direct nursing care in a Medical/Surgical unit caring for diverse patients with conditions like pneumonia, COPD, CHF, and diabetes, as well as common surgical procedures such as EGDs and cholecystectomies. Implement and monitor patient care plans, document and communicate patient status, coordinate multidisciplinary care, and execute physician and nursing orders. Assess discharge needs and collaborate with healthcare team for effective planning.
