This position will report to the Accounting Manager.Responsibilities:New job setup in SAP and job folder setupAssisting with Accounts Payable in SAPAdminister contract billing in SAPAssist in the month-end close processAssist the Accounting Manager in creating timely and accurate financial statementsUnderstand job costing reports from SAP UKG(Kronos)Bi-Weekly Hourly Timesheet ReviewOther administrative and accounting projects, as needed.Education/Experience/Skills/Knowledge:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent combination of experience and educationFamiliar with Accounting processes, preferably in a manufacturing environmentUp to 2 years of financial experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical skillsAbility to work on many different projects at one timeExcellent Microsoft Office experienceSAP, preferredPrimetals Technologies offers a full range of benefits starting with first day of employment.
