Job Description Hi, I am sending you below job open with one of my direct client, if you are available in market, Send me your most updated copy of your resume in word document ASAP Position: Performance Tester Duration: 7+ Months Interview : Phone & Skype for NON-LOCALS CANDIDATES Job responsibilities: In this role, the tester(s) will be responsible for working with the Software Test Engineering Lead, Test Engineering team and biomedical project team members. The resource will develop test plans, test cases and procedures as well as test and validate changes to the Biomedical IT software. Resource will assess requirements for testability and participate in risk assessment meetings in order to assist in the development of risk mitigations. Resource will utilize the risk mitigations to determine the appropriate test strategy to validate software and configuration changes. Required Skills:

• Requires 5+ years of testing experience with a Bachelors in Computer Science degree or equivalent work experience
• Requires 3+ years of performance testing experience
• Requires experience with testing web-based applications, client-server applications, and highly configurable COTs products
• Requires experience with HP Test Tools: Performance Center, Quality Center and QTP
• Requires experience in developing risk based test strategies
• Requires experience in the development of high quality test documentation such as Test Plans, Test cases and procedures, RTMs, and Test Analysis Reports
• Experience testing in a formal and/or regulated environment using structured methodologies.

Ideal candidate will have

• Proficiency in automated testing tools
• Experience with a variety of types of testing such as; functional, interface, integration, regression, compatibility, etc.
• Experience with messaging services such as BizTalk
• Ability to quickly learn new application systems and technologies
• Knowledge of basic project management framework and methodology
• Ability to accurately analyze complex application requirements to assess if they are clear, unambiguous and testable
• Ability to estimate test efforts
