Problem-Solve & Communicate:Work closely with clients, families, and team members toidentifyneeds, address concerns, and develop care plans. Maintain open and clear communication to ensure the best outcomes. Oversee Daily Operations:Ensure policies, procedures, and state regulations are followed whilemaintainingaccuratedocumentation, scheduling, and compliance records. Crisis Management & Advocacy:Respond to emergencies and behavioral challenges with professionalism and care, advocating for individuals' needs and well-being. Coordinate Services:Collaborate with medical professionals, therapists, and other service providers to develop and implement personalized care plans. Provide Transportation: Whenneeded to transport individuals to appointments, activities, or community engagements. What You Bring: Education & Experience:Degree in human services preferred, OR experience supporting individuals with disabilities/behavioral challenges. Leadership Skills:Priorsupervisory experienceis a plus. Strong Interpersonal Skills:Ability to communicate effectively and handle challenges with empathy.
