Are you a proven closer who thrives on results and knows how to seal the deal At The Rustman Agency we're looking for a High Ticket Sales Closer to convert warm qualified leads into clients helping families protect their future while unlocking your own earning potential This is a high-impact commission-driven role for a confident professional with strong people skills and a heart for helping others
What you'll do Conduct virtual consultations with inbound pre-qualified leadsPresent life insurance solutions and close high-ticket policy sales
Build trust handle objections and deliver value-focused recommendations
Track all client interactions and follow-up activity in our system
Meet and exceed closing targets and performance goals
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new clients What we offer No cold calling all leads are warm and ready to talk
