Job Description

We are actively hiring Entry-Level Brand Marketing Assistants to join our growing team immediately. This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, or anyone looking to gain hands-on experience in live events and promotional marketing.

No experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and fast-track advancement opportunities into leadership and management roles.

About the Role

As a Brand Marketing Assistant, you will represent nationally recognized brands and support live promotional events, community outreach campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

You’ll gain real-world experience in marketing, event promotions, and customer interaction while developing skills that support long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities

Represent client brands at live events and promotional campaigns
Engage with customers to increase brand awareness and participation
Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
Support marketing and outreach initiatives
Provide excellent customer service and positive customer experiences
Work collaboratively with team members to meet campaign goals
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Coachable, dependable, and eager to learn
Comfortable in fast-paced, public-facing environments
Motivated individuals interested in marketing or career growth
Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

No Experience Required

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. Prior experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sports, or leadership roles is a plus—but not required.
