Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude
- Accurately take in-store and online pickup orders
- Process payments (cash, card, mobile payments) using POS system
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, add-ons, and promotions
- Answer customer questions and make recommendations
- Ensure orders are entered correctly and communicated clearly to the kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front counter and dining area
- Assist with restocking supplies (bags, utensils, drinks, etc.)
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations
- Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs occasionally
